There are a large number of osteoarthritis patients in China,and functional food materials are urgently needed to improve the symptoms of osteoarthritis. This paper reviews the research on the improvement of arthritis by undenatured collagen Ⅱ,and elaborates its mechanism. It is believed that undenatured collagen Ⅱ will become a revolutionary functional raw material to improve the symptoms of arthritis and has a broad market prospect.
