Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of the Content of Mineral Elements in Different Jujube Cultivars

  • The contents of 29 kinds mineral elements in fruit of 10 Jujube Cultivars in Xinjiang were determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and were evaluated by principal component analysis.The results showed that the average contents of mineral elements in jujube fruits were K>P>Ca>Mg,the contents of Hg and Cd were the lowest.Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between Sn,Ba,Bi,Li and Zr,Hg,Ti,Zn and As,while there was no significant correlation between Mg,Cd,Sb and each element. The results of principal component analysis showed that the contents of beneficial mineral elements were Junzao1>Zhongzao1>Jing39>Zan2>Fengmiguan>Junzao>Huizao excelent strains>Jinsixiaozao>Fucuimi>Dongzao.
