Abstract
In this study, Spirulina platensis as the research object, adding calcium, iron, zinc and selenium ions respectively in the culture solution and combining the growth environment conditions of the spirulina cells to achieve the maximum accumulation of the above four nutrients, and to study the degree of organicization in the cells. The results showed that compared with the control group, the advantageous conditions for Spirulina platensis to accumulate calcium was 20℃, light at 12 kLux and pH value of 8.5, the calcium accumulation had increased by 97%, the total calcium content of Spirulina's and its degree of organicization reached 18.21 mg/g and 84.17%, respectively. When the temperature was 30℃, light irradiation at 4 kLux, and the pH value was 10.5, the iron accumulation increased by 175%, the total iron content of Spirulina and it's degree of organicization reached 1634.34 ppm and 89.98%, respectively. When the temperature was 30℃, light at 8 kLux and pH value of 8.5, the accumulation of zinc accumulation increased by 87%, the maximum content of zinc and degree of organismization of Spirulina reached 88.30 ppm and 58.28%, respectively. When the temperature was 30℃, light was irradiated at 12 kLux and pH value was 9.5, the total content of selenium and the degree of organicization were 1011.00 ppm and 70.54%, Respectively. Therefore, on the basis of environmental regulation and at the same time with increasing the concentration of the exogenous culture solution, the accumulation of nutrient ions in the four minerals of calcium, iron, zinc and selenium of Spirulina platensis can be greatly increased.
