Talking about the food safety risk communication in China from the “Hai Di Lao” event

  • Food safety risk communication is an important method for food safety management. However,the communication of food safety risk in China has just started. In this paper,the main points,principles,methods and techniques of food safety risk communication were covered,starting from the incident of "Hai Di Lao" food safety. Through the analysis of the current situation of food safety risk communication in China,this paper raised relevant comments and suggestions to the efficiency of information exchange of food safety risk.
