Supercritical CO_2 extraction of soybean dregs in beta-cryptoxanthin

  • This experiment studied the supercritical CO_2 extraction of soybean dregs beta- cryptoxanthin process conditions. By single factor experiment,screening of extraction temperature,extraction pressure and extraction time the state of the art,applied the response surface affecting the beta- cryptoxanthin extraction yield of three technological factors of optimization.Optimization to got the best technological conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 35 ℃,extraction pressure 28 MPa,extraction time 51 min.On this condition,the extraction yield was 181.32 μg /100 g.
