Abstract
In this paper,purification of allyl glucosinolates from Horseradish by macroporous resin was studied.First,ZGD630 was screened out as the best resin under the static conditions.Effects of p H and eluent on the extraction were investigated.The results showed that optimal p H of extract was p H6,and the optimal eluent was 0.5 mol / L Na Cl solution.Subsequently,the dynamic adsorption capacity and dynamic desorption yield with the resin column were measured,and the reagent on equilibration and size of column under the dynamic condition were discussed.It was discovered that pure water was better on equilibration of column. Meanwhile,size of column got larger,the dynamic adsorption capacity decreased. A simple and effective purifying method of allyl glucosinolates was established and it laid the foundation for its industrial production and the research about allyl isothiocyanate of its degradation product.
