Abstract
The purpose of this paper was to study the optimum technology parameters of hesperidin extraction from the tangerine peel by using the orthogonal experiment on the basis of single factor experiment. Extracting temperature,extracting reagent concentration,ratio of liquid to solid,extraction time and its optimum level range were also investigated using single factor experiment design and orthogonal experiment design.Results showed that the influences of extraction time on extraction of hesperidin was the largest,and then was extraction temperature.The optimum technological parameters for hesperidin extraction by thermal solvent method from tangerine peel were obtained as follows: 120 ℃,60% ethanol solution,70∶ 1 m L·g- 1of the ratio of liquid to solid,45 min. Under the above optimum conditions,the yield of hersperidin was 6.07%± 0.03%.Comparing with traditional ethanol reflux method,the solvothermal method could shorten the 70% extraction time and increase the 100% yield of hersperidin.
