Research progress of nutrient elements and the efficacy of Aronia melanocarpa

Aronia melanocarpa is a rosaceae deciduous shrub,which is rich in fat,carbohydrate,protein,vitamins,minerals and organic acids,and other nutrients,with antioxidant,anti- carcinogenic,anti- inflammatory,antiviral and anti- hypertensive efficacy. Aronia melanocarpa polyphenols is mainly anthocyanins and procyanidins,that is an expert in cleaning free radical.This paper was on the basis of domestic and foreign Aronia melanocarpa nutrients,ingredients and efficacy,black chokeberry products and clinical application were reviewed,in order to provide a certain theoretical basis for the development of Aronia melanocarpa functional health food.
