Advance researches of health food—Lycopus lucidus Turcz

On the basis of summary and analysis of recent literature about the edible and medicinal properties of Lycopus lucidus Turcz,its nutrient content,chemical composition and the function of active ingredients were introduced in this paper.It showed that Lycopus lucidus Turcz was a kind of health food raw materials with huge potential for its rich nutrient and active ingredients.
