Analysis of airflow charateristicin tunnel- type drying chamber of dried noodles

  • The characteristics of air flow in a tunnel- type drying chamber was analyzed to reveal the feature of air flow in the chamber,which was to provide technical bases for improving drying process of dried noodles.The results showed that the wind velocity was in waved distribution,average value of wind velocity was 0.82 m / s.The wind velocity in the tunnel- type drying chamber was main in the 0.00 ~ 2.00 m / s section,head and side wind velocity were main in the 0.00 ~1.00 m / s section.The wind velocity in different spatial position were nonuniformity.Wind direction was strongly influenced by distribution of fans,distribution of outlet of exhaust air and the structure of drying chamber.The dominant wind directions of the left upper,the left middle and the left lower were focused in SW- NNW sector,the dominant wind directions of the right upper,the right middle and the right lower were focused on NE- SSE sector.
