Research advance in determination techniques of phosphate in food

Phosphate is one of the most widely used food additive,the detection and monitoring of phosphate in food is of great significance. A review of the advance of determination techniques of phosphate in food in recent years was presented,which included visible spectrophotometry,ion chromatography,electrochemical analysis,near- infrared spectroscopy,inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry,etc. And the development of determination techniques of phosphate in food was also prospected.
