Abstract
12 kinds of water- soluble polysaccharides were obtained by water extraction and deposited with different concentration of ethanol under condition of removing protein or not in this paper. The results showed: the water-soluble polysaccharides deposited by 70% ethanol had stronger binding capability. Also,AAP removed protein had a stronger ability of binding glycine cholate than the unremoved group.Meanwhile, when the concentration of AAP was 0.8 mg / m L,the combination was stable, for the most appropriate amount. And the experiment provides a theoretical basis for further study on reducing blood lipid function of AAP.
