Abstract
In order to establish the fast non-destructive testing of blueberry, the total flavonoids and anthocyanins in fresh blueberry were analyzed by near infrared spectroscope(NIRS). In the spectral region between 400~2500 nm,statistical mathematical models of total flavonoids and anthocyanins in blueberry were established within broad spectrum(400~2500 nm) using the partial least squares(PLS). The correlation coefficient were0.836 and 0.750 respectively, and the standard errors for calibration(SECV) were 1.423 mg/(100g) and 4.688 mg/(100g) respectively. Then 32 unknown samples were predicted by the optimal models. The correlation coefficient of prediction(Rp2) were 0.7968 and 0.7902 respectively, and the standard errors of prediction(SEP) were2.779 mg/(100g) and 5.013 mg/(100g) respectively, and residual sum were-0.003 mg/(100g) and-9.256 mg/(100g) respectively. The results showed that near infrared spectroscope could be used in fast non-destructive testing of total flavonoids and anthocyanins in blueberries.
