Abstract
Objective: To analysis and comprehensive evaluation of Platycodon grandiflorum from different altitude and evaluate its quality. Methods: HPLC- ELSD was performed using a Kinetex C18column ( 4.6mm × 100 mm, 5μm) .with gradient elution of acetonitrile ( A) -0.1% formic acid ( B) at the flow rate of 0.4m L·min- 1, and the clustering and principal component analysis. Results: The HPLC- ELSD fingerprint of Radix Platycodon grandiflorum in different altitude were established and it had 8 characteristic common peaks, the relative peak area had different degrees of change.Clustering analysis for two categorys, the principal component analysis to select 3 main factor. Conclusion:This method had good repeatability and stability, and can be used for quality evaluation control of Platycodon grandiflorum.
