Research progress in detection methods of malachite green and its metabolites residues in aquatic products

Malachite green( MG) belongs to Triphenylmethane,which has been banned in aquiculture.It is a broadspectrum fungicide,but the residues of MG and its metabolites in aquatic products are very harmful to human health because of their carcinogenesis,mutagenesis and teratogenecity. In this article,the recent detecting methods development of MG and its metabolites residues in aquatic products were summarized,which provided the reference for the establishment and use of new method.
