Optimization of pulsed light on the accumulation of GABA conditions in the process of brown rice germination

The enrichment of GABA during brown rice germination process was promoted by using pulsed light method. Meanwhile, the optimal treatment conditions were optimized by using response surface methodology:single energy of 400 J, flash number of 277 and flash distance of 11.3cm. Under the optimized conditions, the GABA content in germinated brown rice could reach to be 345.7mg/100 g.
