Abstract
In order to improve the bacteriostasis and resistance wet performance of PVA matrix composites packaging materials, PVA solution was used as the matrix, nano- Si O2, nano-Ti O2 and TAIC were added to modify it.To investigate the influence of nano- Si O2 and nano- Ti O2 on the bacteriostasis and resistance wet performance of PVA matrix composite packaging materials, a response surface experiment was used.The results showed that there was a significant interaction of TAIC and nano- Si O2, nano-Ti O2 on the resistance wet performance of PVA matrix composites packaging materials, the bacteriostasis and resistance wet performance of PVA matrix composites packaging materials was increased with the appropriate increase of the addition of nano- Si O2 and nano- Ti O2, with the increase of the addition of TAIC.The optimum conditions were nano-Si O20.04 g /100 m L, nanoTi O20.05 g /100 m L, TAIC 2.42 g /100 m L. The water vapor transmission rate ( WVTR) of the optimal group film was reduced by 48.09% ( p < 0.05) than the film without nano- materials.The bacteriostasis of the optimal group film that added nano- Si O2 and nano- Ti O2 was increased by 62.39% than the film without nano- materials, under the UV photocatalytic conditions.
