Studies of pyrosequencing detecting methods for Staphylococcus aureus in cosmetics

  • The detection method of S. aureus was established by pyrosequencing the conservative fragment of nuc gene.Specificity and reproducibility experiments were carried out respectively on 36 strains of S.aureu and 30 strains of other bacteria.The verification of the method had been carried out in cosmetics and the results indicated that the method was quick and accurate, and was able to meet the demand of the high-throughput detection for S.aureus.
