Research progress in application of high technology in aquatic products

  • Aquatic products are popular in daily foods. High technology has been used to optimize the fisheries industry structure and improve utilization rate of aquatic products. Application high technology, such as ultrahigh-pressure, irradiation, enzyme technology, microwave, ultra micro-shatter, artificial smoking, membrane separation were reviewed systematically in order to promote the industrial application of high technology in aquatic product processing industry and provide reference value on developing aquatic products processing.
