Abstract
The contents of 16 inorganic elements of Mg, P, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Mo, Cd, Sb, Hg and Pb in tumorous stem mustard were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP-MS) , and the sample was pretreated by microwave digestion. In the presented method, the mass spectral interferences of polyatomic ions to analytes were corrected by collision reaction cell ( CRC) . The effect of the hydrogen gas and helium gas flow rate on the estimated detection limits of the elements was investigated. Rh as internal standard element was used to corrected matrix effect and signal drift. The detection limits of the 16 elements were in the range of 0.006 ~ 0.20μg /L. The accuracy and precision of this method was confirmed by reference standard materials ( GBW10049, scallions) .The results showed a good agreement between measured and certified values for all analytical elements. This method was simple, sensitive and precise and could perform simultaneous multi-elements determination of tumorous stem mustard.
