Abstract
A simple molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was prepared using olaquindox as the imprinted molecule, acrylamide as the functional monomer, and N, N'-Methylenebisacrylamide as the cross-linker, chitosan as matrix in the mixed solvent of doubly deionized water (DDW) and acetonitrile. This prepared material was evaluated by FT-IR spectra, SEM images, uptake kinetics experiments, static adsorption experiments and selective adsorption experiments. The results indicated that the adsorption capacity of the imprinted polymer were 10.14mg·g-1. The imprinting efficiency factor to quinocetone was 2.29, the imprinting efficiency factor to mequindox was 2.22. The MIP had much higher adsorption capacity and also had a faster adsorption capacity for the olaquindox.
