Application of chromatography in the detection of hormones veterinary in milk

The detection of veterinary hormones residue in milk is the important part to keep safety of milk.Detection technique is the key to solve this problem.This paper reviews the application of chromatography in the detection of hormones veterinary in milk.The advantage and disadvantage of each method were compared.The prospect of chromatography detection methods of hormones veterinary in milk was also discussed.
