  • The Moina mocrocpa were used as materials to study the effection on life-span, survival, reproduction quantity and activity of superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) with different Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide concentrations.The results showed that while the concentration of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides was at 40~160mg/L, the survival rate and life span of Moina mocrocpa were significantly higher than that of the control, and the reproduction quantity of Moina mocrocpa was significantly higher than other groups.The SOD activitives in Moina mocrocpa with different polysaccharide concentrations were significantly higher than that of the control.The results provided the theory and practicaI parameters of Moina mocrocpa in application of animal model.
