Analysis of impact factors about satisfaction degree for food safety supervision based on grey relational model

Analysis of impact factors about satisfaction degree for food safety supervision was developed in this paper. For problems that there were many factors having impacts on satisfaction degree of food safety supervision, the extent of regulation of the law system for food safety, the extent of law enforcement and food industry supervision, the extent of publicity for food safety, the extent of perfection of food safety certification mechanism and the building of government emergency response capacity for food safety were used to form the mainly questionnaire. The most important factor which had an impact on the satisfaction degree of food safety could be found based on grey relational analysis according to the collecting data. At the same time, a sequence could be obtained in terms of the important extent. The extent of perfection of food safety certification mechanism was the most important factor influencing the satisfaction degree of food safety supervision in terms of the empirical result. And the next was the extent of law enforcement and food industry supervision. The government could improve the satisfaction degree of food safety supervision by strengthening the extent of perfection of food safety certification mechanism and the extent of law enforcement and food industry supervision according to research results.
