Abstract
The content of lycopene in functional foods was determined by the high performance liquid chromatographic method (HPLC) .The sample pre-treatment method was by use of water-oil two-phase extraction methods.Separation was achieved by the use of Inertsil ODS-SP column (5μm, 4.6×250mm) , acetonitrile:methanol (1:1) as mobile phase, a flow rate of 1.2mL/min and detector at 472nm was used.Lycopene showed good linear relationship between the range of 0.30 and 50.0μg/mL (R2=0.9998) ;and the average recovery was 98.6%with RSD=3.0%.The results showed that the method was accurate.
