一测多评法在食品研究中的应用进展

Research Progress on Quantitative Analysis of Multi-components by Single Marker for Food

  • 摘要: 一测多评法作为一种多成分质量评价新方法,已在食品的多成分检测中得到了成功应用,特别是解决了多成分定量分析中对照品短缺和检测成本高的问题。本文主要综述了2012年以来,使用一测多评技术在食品检测方面的研究进展,同时针对一测多评技术应用中待测色谱峰的定位、低紫外吸收化合物的检测、不同类型化合物的检测等关键问题进行了探讨和展望,以期该方法越来越广泛地运用于食品科研和生产实践中。

     

    Abstract: Quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker (QAMS) is a new method of multi-component quality evaluation, which has been successfully applied in the multi-component detection of food, especially to solve the problem of shortage of reference materials and high detection cost in multi-component quantitative analysis. This paper mainly reviews all the research progress of using QAMS technology in food detection since 2012.At the same time, it discusses and looks forward to some key problems in the application of QAMS, including the location of chromatographic peaks, detection of low UV absorption compounds, and detection of different types compounds, with a view to continuous research and improvement, and more and more widely used in food research and production practice.
