Research Progress in the Synthesis of Nano-Selenium by Microorganism

摘要: 硒是一种生物体必需的微量元素,纳米硒因具有低毒、高活性有望成为最佳的补硒形态。微生物转化合成纳米硒条件温和,纳米颗粒均匀,分散性好,结构稳定,在功能性产品开发方面应用潜力巨大。本文主要综述了纳米硒的特点、微生物转化合成纳米硒的优势、合成纳米硒的微生物种类以及纳米硒功能性产品开发方面的进展,并对微生物转化合成纳米硒的未来发展进行了展望。Abstract: Selenium is an essential microelement in living organism. Nanosized selenium (Nano-Se or SeNPs) is expected to be the best form of selenium supplement due to its low toxicity and high efficiency. With mild conditions, uniform nanoparticles, good dispersibility and stable structure, SeNPs have great potential in the development of functional products. In this paper, the characteristics of SeNPs, the advantages of microbial synthesis of SeNPs, the types of microorganisms for the synthesis of SeNPs and the development of functional products of Se-NPs are reviewed. And the future researches of the synthesis of SeNPs by microbial transformation are prospected.
