Food safety incidents and corporate social responsibility reconstruction of Japanese Megmilk Snow Brand Corporation: a longitudinal study

摘要: "十三五"规划建议中提出建立食品安全战略,实现"严密高效、社会共治",但是现有文献关于食品企业如何实施社会责任战略、推进企业社会责任重构的研究尚显匮乏。本文以日本"雪印乳业集团"为案例研究对象,首先,对于企业社会责任的内涵及影响因素进行了理论分析;次之,对于"雪印乳业集团"曾发生的食品安全事件以及企业社会责任重构的历程进行了回溯研究;最后,基于以上理论与实践总结,提出了我国食品企业如何内部推进企业社会责任、重获民众信任的管理建议。Abstract: The 13 th National Five- Year Plan proposed the establishment of food safety strategy to achieve “strict and efficient social cohabitation.”However the existing literatures on how food companies implement social responsibility strategy and promote the study of corporate social responsibility( CSR) reconstruction are still insufficient.In this paper,a longitudinal study of MEG- Milk was conducted.First,the connotation of corporate social responsibility and its influencing factors were analyzed theoretically. Then,the food safety incidents and its CSR reconstruction process were investigated. Finally,based on the above theoretical and practical summary,the management suggestions on how to promote the corporate social responsibility and regain the people's trust in our country were put forward.
