Determination of 16 kinds of phthalate acid esters in edible oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

  • 摘要: 建立利用气相色谱质谱检测食用油中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的方法。此方法以乙腈与二氯甲烷1∶2(v∶v)的混合溶液作为萃取剂,用Florisil与PSA填料净化待提取的样品,采用外标法进行定量。结果表明,此方法在0.5~8.0 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数均在0.999以上,检出限为0.41~2.30μg/L(S/N=3),当加标水平为4 mg/L时,平均回收率均在83.75%~102.50%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.16%~10.21%之间。此方法快速简便,成本较低,适用于批量检测。 
    Abstract: The method of detecting 16 kinds of phthalate acid esters(PAEs) in edible oil by gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS) was established. In this method,acetonitrile and methylene chloride 1∶2(v∶v) was used as extractant,Florisil and PSA was used as purifying filler to the sample after extracting,the external standard method was adopted for quantifying in the GC-MS. The results showed that the method had good linear relationship in the range of 0.5~8.0 mg/L with correlation coefficient R2 more than 0.999,the instrumental limit of detection(S/N=3) was 0.41~2.30 μg/L,the average recovery was 83.75%~102.50%,relative standard deviation(RSD) was between 2.16%~10.21%. This method was quick and easy,low cost,and was suitable for the batch test.
