摘要: 单核细胞增多性李斯特菌是一种食源性致病菌,其引发的李斯特菌病致死率高达30%。本文综述了单核细胞增多性李斯特菌(Listeria monocytogenes)的生物学特性和毒力因子,着重介绍了单核细胞增多性李斯特菌基于分子生物学、免疫学等技术的几种快速检测方法,旨在为单核细胞增多性李斯特菌的深入研究提供参考。

Abstract: Listeria monocytogenes is one of foodborne pathogens. The fatality rate of listeriosis which is caused by Listeria monocytogenes is up to 30%. For further research of Listeria monocytogenes, the biological characteristics and virulence factors of Listeria monocytogenes were discussed in this paper. Moreover, several rapid detection methods based on molecular biology and immunology were reviewed.-
