Establishment and application of equol determination by ultraviolet spectrophotometry method

  • 摘要: 分别以雌马酚标准品和食用大豆异黄酮人的尿液为样品,建立一种测定雌马酚的紫外分析方法。考察方法的特性及测定结果可靠性,其结果为:检出限5×10-10g/mL,定量限15×10-10g/mL。应用于人尿液雌马酚的测定,精密度4.45%,回收率100.25%,结果可靠。新建立的紫外法达到了定量分析的要求,同时具有操作简单、快速、测定成本低的优点,适合大批量样品的测定。 
    Abstract: A UV spectrophotometer used for determination of equol was established. Using equol standard and the urine equol from the tester who ate the soybean isoflavones for samples, the ultraviolet method character of determine equol was studied through UV spectrophotometer to determine the detection limit and quantitative limit. The result was as follows:the detection limit was 5 ×10-10g/mL, the quantitative limit was 15 ×10-10g/mL.Application for equol measurement of human urine, the precision was 4.45% and the average recovery rate was 100.25%, the result was reliable. The new UV method conforms to the quantitative analysis of the requirements was, it had advantages of simple, rapid, and high sensitivity. It was suitable for soybean isoflavone and equol established measuirement application.
